Children aged 2 and under do not require a ticket.

Privilege Card Holders: This event is free of charge. Please book your tickets online and select the ‘Privilege Card’ ticket options (entering your Privilege Card number at the checkout). You will be asked to show your Privilege Card on arrival.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do I need to book my tickets in advance?
Yes, we are only selling advance online tickets. Gate tickets will not be available. To avoid overcrowding, there is a limit on the number of tickets available and the event usually sells out. If you arrive without a pre-purchased ticket, you will be directed to our website to purchase your tickets and they will be subject to availability. Please book your tickets before you leave home to avoid any disappointment.

My ticket email hasn’t arrived, what should I do?
Firstly, please check your junk folder. If you still haven’t received your email, please call the office on 01531 633160 or email enquiries@eastnorcastle.com and ask for your booking confirmation email to be re-sent.

I have a Privilege Card, do I need to book tickets?
Yes, please choose the Privilege Card tickets and enter your membership number at the point of checkout. Please have your Privilege Card ready to show staff on arrival.

Am I allowed in with a Complimentary ticket?
Complimentary tickets are unfortunately not valid for Eastnor ChilliFest.

Am I allowed to use my Historic Houses Membership/English Heritage Membership/Blue Peter Badge for entry?
No, we do not offer any free or concessionary tickets for ChilliFest.

Can I exchange my ticket for a different day?
Unfortunately, any pre-purchased tickets are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

Do I need to print out my e-ticket?
No, you will be able to show your e-ticket on a mobile or tablet device. Please download your ticket email before you leave home to avoid any delays on arrival.

Where can I park?
Parking will be in our overflow car park and also in the Deer Park. Please follow instructions from the car parking stewards on where to park. Depending on where you park, you will enter the castle grounds on foot either through the main visitor entrance or the front drive. There is no dedicated parking area for Privilege Card holders.

Is there accessible parking?
Accessible parking is in the main visitor car park, close to the visitor entrance facility and around 200 metres from the Castle Courtyard.

Can I bring my dog?
Dogs are welcome, as always, but please bear in mind the event will be busy and there will be lots of spicy food around!

Will there be vegetarian/vegan food available?
There will be plenty of vegetarian food available from the food stalls and several stalls will be offering vegan menus too.

Is camping available?
Camping is available in our Deer Park Campsite for ChilliFest ticket holders only. To book camping, please see the link in your ChilliFest booking confirmation email.

Is the event suitable for children?
As well as the ChilliFest entertainment, all of our usual attractions are also available. These include the Knight’s Maze, Adventure Playground, Junior Obstacle Course, Woodland Play Area and Woodland/Lakeside Walks.

Will I be able to pay by cash or card?
BOTH! We are a cash-free site so most payments will be by card only but some stall holders may only accept cash so please bring both. There is no cash point on site and we are unable to offer cash-back.
