How to visit with an Eastnor Castle Privilege Card

We hope you’re looking forward to lots of happy visits throughout the year with your Eastnor Castle Privilege Card!

We will no longer be sending out physical cards so here’s a helpful guide to visiting with your Privilege Card membership. Remember, your Privilege Card membership allows you free entry to Eastnor Castle on any day that we’re open throughout the year. Click here to see our 2026 open dates.

Your Privilege Card membership also includes any event or activity we are holding in the grounds on the day of your visit (excluding Deer Park events). Click here to see our 2026 events.

HOW TO VISIT EASTNOR CASTLE WITH A PRIVILEGE CARD ON ANY VISITOR OPENING DAY :

1. Once you’ve purchased your Privilege Card online, you’ll receive a confirmation email which contains a barcode and your membership number (this will be at the top of the grey box and will start with an ‘M’).

2. Make a note of your membership number and/or take a screenshot or print-out of your barcode. Alternatively, you can also save any Privilege Cards purchased from 06.02.026 onwards in your Apple or Google Wallet. If you purchased a Privilege Card before this date and would like to save it to your digital wallet, please get in touch with us and ask us to re-send your email confirmation.

3. Decide on a date to visit. There is no need to book tickets (apart from if you’re attending Eastnor ChilliFest – see below), simply arrive at the Visitor Entrance on any of our open days and show your barcode to the ticket team (or give your membership number or name if you don’t have your barcode).

4. Your card details will be quickly checked on our system and you will be asked to show some ID with your name on.

5. That’s it – you’re all checked-in and free to enjoy your visit to Eastnor Castle!
