The Beefy Boys (Sunday only)
The Beefy Boys started as a group of 4 amateur BBQers cooking in their back gardens for friends and families around 5 years ago.  Trying to recreate classic american dinner and BBQ food using local ingredients and Hereford Beef. The Beefy Boys entered themselves into the UKs top BBQ competition Grillstock and won the coveted title of UKs Best Burger this led to the boys representing the UK at the World Burger Championships in Las Vegas and being crowned 2nd Best Burger team in the world. The Boys turned their hobby into a pop up business and after winning further accolades (Uk Burger Battle, World Food Championships Finalist Orlando 2015) and a series of media appearances on The One Show and BBC Ones “Life on a Plate” the business exploded leading to their first permanent premises in Hereford The Beefy Boys Meat Boutique located on the Old Market Development Hereford.

Felice Tocchini – Fusion Brasserie
Felice owns two award-winning restaurants in Worcestershire – Fusion Brasserie and Fusion too – which he runs with the help of his wife, Fiorinda, son, Dan and Dan’s wife Abbey. He specialises in using fresh, local produce to create delicious food with an Italian twist. He is passionate about local produce and spends much of his time working with growers and producers as well as schools and colleges to help promote Worcestershire food and drink. His main love is developing recipes and any food challenges thrown at him. At present he is working at the acclaimed “Novelli Academy” one of the top 25 best cookery schools in the World alongside Celebrity chef Jean Christophe Novelli, Scott’s Farm (sweet potato growers) creating recipes to encourage people to eat more of this unknown vegetable, Eckington Manor Cookery school and cookery shows nationwide.

Rosie Purdye – Raw Food Rosie (Monday only)
“I’m a raw & vegan chef and owner of Raw food Rosie’s where we make nutritious and rawsome snacks. In my early 20’s I had a very unhealthy lifestyle; I worked as a dancer in a nightclub, I didn’t sleep well, didn’t have a lot of energy and suffered from terrible anxiety and depression. About 23 years old I totally changed my life around and now I run my own health food business and am a happy and balanced person. As a result of my experiences I’m really interested in the mind-body food connection and love how raw food can promote restful sleep, give you energy and help foster a better relationship between food and your body. I believe what we eat can change how we feel and the way we live our lives; and is an important part of the wheel of health; in which nourishment, exercise, meditation, rest and mental well-being all play a part. My company makes vegan superfood snacks; we’ve recently just launched a range of cultured artisan Tree-nut Brie Cheese’s in the UK; Original Classic, Smoked Chipotle and Baby Bleu.”

Tom Court – Sticky Fig Catering
“I started Sticky Fig Catering just over 2 years ago, having 30 years catering experience and previously 2 AA rosettes within the restaurant trade. Its all about the food! Good ingredients lead to good, tasty dishes, whether its street food or fine dining, using locally sourced where possible and the freshest food from Birmingham wholesale market. I’m looking forward to a busy summer catering weddings, street food events, garden parties and food festivals around Worcestershire.”
