Whether you are entertaining clients, rewarding staff or gathering friends and family together for a special occasion, your guests will enjoy Eastnor’s relaxed atmosphere.
Between 8 and 22 guests can be seated at the main table in the State Dining Room which is decorated with the family silver and candle-lit for formal corporate parties and dinners. Alternatively, up to 80 guests can be seated at round tables.
For larger corporate parties, the Great Hall can be turned into an impressive dining room for 150 guests. The terraces overlooking the lake or the courtyard in front of the castle are spectacular settings for large marquee events, with a drinks reception held in the State rooms, followed by a dinner and dance in a beautifully-decorated marquee.
Our experienced team will organise every aspect of your party and can suggest innovative touches to enhance your event, such as top-quality entertainment and music. We serve delicious food, made with the best fresh local produce, accompanied with excellent wines and bottled spring water.

And so to bed…
12 sumptuous bedrooms can be used by small groups wishing to include dinner and overnight accommodation in their corporate meetings programme. There are also four holiday cottages on the Eastnor Estate which are finished and equipped to a high standard, and rated 4* by Visit England.
Eastnor Castle also has relationships with other hotels in the local area and can recommend the best place for your guests to stay should you require extra overnight accommodation.
