Follow the Halloween Trail around the grounds and discover what lies behind the creaky doors of Cackling Castle!

Enjoy a spooky visit to Eastnor Castle this October half-term! Follow our Halloween Trail around the grounds to find the hidden witch names and venture through the castle where some eerie delights await you!

CASTLE & GROUNDS ADMISSION ONLY (Grounds Only tickets are not available for this event)
Adult (Aged 16 and over): £14.00
Child (3-15 years): £8.00
Family (2a+3c): £40.00*
Family (1a+3c): £26.00*
*Family Tickets:
2a+3c = 2 adults & up to 3 children
1a+3c = 1 adult & up to 3 children
Children aged 2 and under do not require a ticket.
Privilege Card Holders: This event is free of charge but please kindly note that this event is limited to one visit per Privilege Card holder and must be booked in advance. Please select the ‘Private Card Holder’ ticket options when booking (entering your Privilege Card number at the checkout). You will be asked to show your Privilege Card on arrival.
Other Promotions: Unfortunately this event is not available for Historic House members, English Heritage members or Blue Peter Badge holders.

– Halloween Trail around the grounds and self-guided walk through the downstairs rooms of Eastnor Castle.
– Knight’s Maze
– Junior Obstacle Course
– Adventure Playground
– Woodland Play Area
– Lakeside walks
– Arboretum walks
– Rope swings
CATERING:
– Catering outlet offering hot & cold drinks, cakes and light snacks (10.00am to 3.30pm daily)
– Ice cream parlour selling a selection of ice creams and ice lollies (12.00pm to 3.00pm daily)
OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:
– Dogs welcome.
– Grounds are open from 10am until 4pm but entry to the castle will be timed admission which you choose upon booking.
– Picnics welcome.
– We are operating as a cashless site so please bring a card to make any payments whilst you are here.
– Wellies or waterproof footwear is advised.
– Halloween costumes are encouraged but please ensure you/your children are dressed appropriately for outdoor play as it may be muddy in places.
– Your tour around Eastnor Castle will take around 30-45 minutes.
– Your Halloween Trail around the grounds will take around 2-3 hours (including time in play areas).
– This event is most suited to children aged 4 to 10 years old.
ACCESS:
Disabled visitors are welcome to visit Eastnor Castle, however, certain areas of the grounds are not accessible. The castle grounds are hilly and laid to gravel in places so it may be difficult for wheelchairs and pushchairs to reach some areas, particularly if the ground is wet. We have a stair-climber up the entrance steps of the castle but disabled visitors must be able to transfer from their own chair to the chair on the stair-climber.
