“Just a few lines to thank you and your staff for the wonderful day we spent with you at the Castle celebrating our Golden Wedding Anniversary. The whole day went without any problems due to your excellent organisation and the hospitality of you and your staff. The singing waiters were a resounding success and the fireworks a wonderful free bonus! It was a day Joan and I will remember for the rest of our lives and we could not have done it without your organising skills and the attention and help from the staff.
