Eastnor Castle In The Gossip!
16 January 2009
Here at Eastnor Castle we are used to seeing 'famous faces'. Over the years we have welcomed a plethera of celebrities and for a variety of reasons.
As a filming location the castle and estate has seen many television, photography and film crews along with their star-studded casts over the years - indeed, as far back as 1969 when MGM came to Eastnor Castle to film 'One More Time' with Sammy Davis Jnr.
Since then the castle has played host to numerous BBC television drama and documentary productions including 'The Pallisers' (1974), 'Little Lord Fauntleroy' (1994), 'Dracula' (2006), 'Stately Suppers' and 'Country Lives'.
It is as a wedding venue however that Eastnor Castle's romantic setting brings perhaps the greatest reward.
Attracting couples from all over Britain, the castle is today one of the country's premier wedding venues. But what do they think AFTER their big day has come and gone? Well, hearing back from couples after they have hosted their wedding party here is very important to us - and they do let us know! We take great pride in how Eastnor Castle can add that all important, extra special dimension to someone's wedding day.
Our wedding testimonials page is well worth reading.
