OUTDOOR THEATRE – PRIDE & PREJUDICE written by Jane Austen
Sun 10th June 6.30pm
An Austen Romance
Hoorah! Heartbreak Productions is pleased to announce that the Prince Regent is coming to visit. You are hereby required to attend an etiquette lesson hosted by The Association of Higher Etiquette and Manners (A.H.E.M), who will educate you in the politeness of high society.
Join Heartbreak, the Bennet sisters, and a host of charming, young bachelors (yes, Mr Dacy will be there. No, really, yes, that Mr Darcy), for an evening of comedy, romance, and more the one come-uppance, as we learn how to behave, ahem, properly.
Champagne and cucumber sandwiches are permitted at this outdoor adaptation of Jane Austen’s Pride and Prejudice, but do ensure you know how to properly use a napkin, remember to chew with your mouths closed, and please, try not to fall in love with Mr Darcy, as we believe he is very soon to be engaged. (You may also want to bring a blanket or chair to sit on and an umbrella, should the weather look inclement).
** Seating is not provided for this performance; please bring a picnic rug or low backed chairs to sit on. You are very welcome to bring a picnic to enjoy during the performance. Tickets allow entry to the castle grounds from 5.30pm
Adult £15.00, Child £10.00
CHILDREN’S OUTDOOR THEATRE – MIDNIGHT GANG written by David Walliams
Sun 22nd July 3.00pm
A David Walliams Bestseller
Drum roll, please… Heartbreak invites you to join us for the grand opening of The Lord Funt Hospital Playground, a spectacular new play area for the convalescent child.
Tom and his friends will be there, too, but you might know them best as The Midnight Gang. When everyone else is sweetly sleeping, they gather in the middle of the night in the name of magic, mischief, and memory making. Join Heartbreak and the gang on this crucial mission to overcome our greatest fears and uncover the magic ingredient to a fantastic friendship.
Bring your chairs, blankets, picnics, (perhaps a brolly) and be prepared to be daring at this outdoor adaptation of David Walliams’ bestseller. Who knows where the night may lead
